It's known for causing mass hysteria among its fans, however several reports are faulting "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1" for causing a different reaction from audience members this time around - seizures.

According to reports, Brandon Gephart, a man from California, had to be rushed to the emergency room after falling ill while watching Bella's much talked about birth scene.

While viewing the ultra-gory blood-filled sequence - which features sudden bursts on light - Brandon began "convulsing, snorting, trying to breathe."

"I didn’t really remember what happened after that I think I blacked out. According to her [his girlfriend, Kelly Bauman], I was shaking and mumbling different noises," Gephart told ABC News.

Looking as if the problem could go wide-spread, another Twi-hard, who has asked to remain unnamed, told press he also experienced similar issues when watching the clip. The film's production company, Summit Entertainment, has yet to comment on the incidents.

Two months after revealing her new, 100 lbs.-lighter figure, Kirstie Alley is looking svelte and fabulous as ever, despite the pitfalls that come after losing weight.
“Maintenance probably is the hardest part,” Alley, 60, told PEOPLE at last night’s Dancing with the Stars. Her solution? Dancing.
“I dance almost every day,” says Alley, adding that her own run on the show “gave me something that I can do every day that I actually love that doesn’t feel like a hardship or a grind. Come on, getting on a treadmill every day would make me slit my throat.”
And she’s got her former dancing partner Maksim Chmerkovskiy to thank for keeping her exercise tedium at bay.

Finding themselves in the midst of a massive legal battle, Sugarland has been named in a lawsuit filed by the 44 victims of last August's deadly stage collapse at the Indiana State Fair.

The complaint accuses the country duo, promoter Live Nation, the show's producers, stage riggers, and others associated with the August 13th gig of negligence, citing their failure to keep concertgoers safe.

"Unfortunately, this tragedy could have been prevented if the responsible parties had been concerned about the concertgoers that night," one of the plaintiff's attorney's, Mario Massillamany, said in a statement.

Fellow lawyer Scott Starr continued, "This is a devastating tragedy that has impacted hundreds of people. It is critical to help the victims pay the medical bills and other financial expenses that they have incurred from this incident."

Additionally, two more lawsuits on behalf of others affected by the stage collapse have been filed against Sugarland and other defendants.

Meanwhile back on the mainland, Paris’ brother Conrad Hilton was involved in a hit and run case in Los Angeles over the weekend.

Conrad ran into two parked cars early on Saturday (November 19) morning, after partying at the nearby Key Club that night.

Heading into the Thanksgiving holiday, "The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn - Part 1" continued to lock up first place at the box office to begin the long weekend of November 23-27, 2011.

The Robert Pattinson, Kristen Stewart and Taylor Lautner starring vampire picture took in $12 million on Wednesday with a forecast of $55 million over the five-day weekend run.

Settling for the runner-up slot was a cinema newcomer, as the family friendly picture "The Muppets" brought in $7.2 million on opening day with an anticipated Thanksgiving weekend grand total projected at $42.5 million.

With quite the spread being found between second and third, the animated movie "Happy Feet Two" slipped a spot from last week's runner-up status with $2.9 million in earnings on Wednesday with a holiday weekend outlook set at $18 million.

Rounding out the top ten in projected five-day earnings at the box office are "Arthur Christmas" ($17 million), "Immortals" ($12.2 million), "Jack & Jill" ($11.2 million), "Puss In Boots" ($10.8 million), "Hugo" ($10.5 million), "Tower Heist" ($8.5 million) and "The Descendants" ($6.8 million).

It’s a dark comedy based on my philosophical beliefs in life. … I really love film, and I have ever since I was like 13, 14 and sneaking out to go watch movies at my friends’ houses because my parents didn’t let us watch very much film. I kept the George A. Romero box set of zombie films underneath my bed when I was 15 because my parents would’ve said it was some kind of evil and thrown it out," he explained.

“But in situations like that, you do call your family. My sisters came and visited me. It was hard to be there and not even have the option of making a quick phone call and meeting up with someone. But now when I look back on being in Spain, I don't really think of it as being lonely. But at the moment, you know, I thought I really knew what loneliness was. “Yeah you want to go out and sometimes that is difficult, but if I were to randomly go out I would meet a lot of people and I would definitely make some more friends! So I guess in a sense it kind of helps.”

And just in case he gets an ego, Lautner has folks to keep him humble. “It’s my family and my friends; they’ve always kept me super-grounded and if I ever got, you know, if I ever got cocky at all they would chop me at the knees! I think it’s also helped because we’ve all grown up together, like the whole cast. We’ve all had to deal with it together. We are like a team, and I think it’s helped a lot.”

Aside from the photo campaign, Cotillard is also featured in Dior’s final film of its “One Lady, Four Cities” shorts series, directed by Cameron Mitchell.

She’s always a fan of a challenge, and Keira Knightley had to dig deep for her role in the forthcoming flick “A Dangerous Method.”

The “Pirates of the Caribbean” babe plays Sabina Speilrein, a former patient of Carl Jung who exhibits hysteria and has a large influence on both Jung and Sigmund Freud and the development of “the talking cure.”

Keira explained that she was immediately drawn to the role for multiple reasons. “Everything. I didn't know anything about her. I got sent the script and I just thought the story was completely fascinating. Obviously, I had heard of Freud and Jung, but I had never read anything about them really, and again, I didn't know anything about their relationship either. So the whole thing fascinated me.”

She also noted that the gig wasn’t any different just because her character was a real person. “No, not really. I mean, I think sometimes it's sort of easier because there's quite often a lot more information, you're not making it up, it's there in books, it's there in research form. But really the questions you ask about the character, and why people behave, and where they come, and how they've ended up in the places they've ended up [are the same].”

In order to prepare for the part, “I had about four months before I started shooting when I knew that I was going to play the role. So I basically spent that four months reading as much as I could. When I'd taken the part, and when we'd gotten a yes from everybody, the first thing I did was phone up Christopher Hampton, who wrote the script, and the play, and also wrote Atonement, which I was in.”

“I phoned him and just [said], ‘I'm playing it, but help!’ I went to his house, and he just handed me an enormous pile of books, and said, ‘Start reading.’ So I dutifully did. You know, it was wonderful, it was a load of books I probably wouldn't have read if I hadn't had a reason to read, and they were completely inspiring and enriching and very helpful for playing this part.”
